CourierSource is operated by Infobase Marketing, a marketing service and business development agency that began
operation in 1997.
The reports available through CourierSource are prepared using a combination of primary and secondary research methodologies, which includes the use
of Delphi (expert) panels with industry participants and partnerships with other well-respected information and research agencies (e.g. Statistics Canada, Dun & Bradstreet, Lexis Nexis, etc.).
This base of information is then combined with the expertise of Infobase Marketing in terms of modeling and analytics to produce final reports.
Most studies also feature a documented and planned update frequency.
